[bisq-network/bisq] Implement Segwit for BSQ (#5000)

Rebasing onto a more recent version of master (d3971ef on 2021/01/16, #5072 merge), to avoid the earlier conflict in `RpcService` (caused by a package rename), instead of using a merge. Also adding a commit to address the `RawX` name clash mentioned above.
