I want that those who propose a coin to have skin in the game. So if someone adds a coin, it needs to generate trading fees, otherwise it's clearly not useful for Bisq or anyone, except maybe for those who can say that their alt is listed somewhere.
My idea on this issue stated that maybe this trading fees should be reimbursed, as I said on this [comment](https://github.com/bisq-network/proposals/issues/153#issuecomment-565830688):

I completely agree on the need of requiring altcoin listing solicitors to pay BSQ to start working on them. If the altcoin is successful, they could claim some of their listing fee back.
