I think the above table is useful for the user to make an overall decision on which protocol suits them best however, they would also be interested in learning more.  As overview screens or dashboards regularly use card elements, I suggest a design that incorporates both.

Here is an example of the overview table at the top and the cards underneath:

At the moment the cards are a little too informative, it should contain 2 or 3 lines of a quick, snappy description of the protocol to entice the user in wanting to learn more
