[bisq-network/bisq] Bisq 2 social trading concept (Discussion #6011)

Added a sub-menu for the protocols to left navigation instead of using tabs.
We can add a global offerbook then to trade (for all offers of all protocols).

@pedromvpg I guess small icons instead of using the first letter as I did now would be better. What do you think?
