## Cycle 35 Support

Support is going well. 

Almost all support discussion now taking place on Matrix.

- Supported 9 users on Keybase DM since my last update
- Supported 7 users on Matrix DM since my last update
- Was available for my usual hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays in the support chat Matrix room
- Support was fairly quiet this month so spent quite a lot of my time on [Reddit](https://www.reddit.com/user/pazza83/comments/) replying to questions, clarifying information. I think Bisq get discussed a lot. My pet peeve is users complaining Bisq is expensive. I think more people should be aware of making offers to buy BTC at a price they are happy with. Seems like a lot of users just want to take offers and the best offers almost always are not available for long before they are taken.
- Active on [Bisq community forum](https://bisq.community/u/pazza/activity)
- Attended the weekly support calls this cycle.
- Added '[New rules for Cash By Mail (CBM) and Face to Face (F2F) Trades](https://bisq.community/t/new-rules-for-cash-by-mail-cbm-and-face-to-face-f2f-trades/11500)' and updated  relevant info in wiki to reflect it.
-  Requested an onion address of a bot to be banned for making junk offers and sending automated messages requesting KYC info from users.
