Great thanks for the insightful research!

Do you recommend to add most of that content in the desktop application or rather use the webpage and add links in the app to point to that? 

Benefits with webpage would be that it is more accessible also to users who have not yet installed Bisq and that it can be independently and easier updated. Drawback is that users leave the app and need to go back later.
We could also add a webview in the app and render HTML content but that increases the security vulnerability as well has some costs on performance (WebKit gets started in java in that case), so I would rather prefer to not go that route.
