### **Cycle 33**

- Been available on Keybase from 7:30pm - 9:30pm Monday to Sunday. But active all day answering messages. Most of them having to do with mediation disputes. Joined to help in telegram too as we have more activity there than in matrix. 
- Hosted the weekly support call every week except 1 this cycle, there we discussed the main issues and bugs within the support team. https://github.com/bisq-network/support/issues/916#issuecomment-1044811012
- Been in constant communication with devs and collecting logs when issues occur.
- having a pop up warning alert notification that always shows an error message that appeared on a given trade.

1. Examples of support queries are:

Buyer not responding to a trade in mediation
Assisting users to do a manual payout
Missing funds in wallet - spv resync required
Questions about mediation
Questions about Bisq trading process.
Supported user in moving to new data directory.
Supported user with failed trade concerned about loss of funds (no loss of funds occurred).
Supported user with questions about arbitration.

notes:
Transition to Matrix was successful. We keep improving week over week as a support team and with communication. Looking forward to increase the team members as bisq2.0 comes to place.

The main goal in cycle 32 was to transfer all users that were used to go into keybase for support to matrix.
