## Cycle 33 Support

All is going well with support. Weekly calls are really helpful and the Matrix support team room is regularly utilized.  

Been gradually moving things over to Matrix. Pinned a few posts in the Keybase chat to advise community members to move to Matrix. Keybase is pretty quiet now with most discussion activity occurring in Matrix.

- Supported 16 users on Keybase and Matrix since my last update (Think it might be a while before everyone switches over. On Keybase I a getting a lot are repeat DMs from users I have helped before). 
- Supported 4 users on Matrix
- Was available for my usual hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays 
- Replied to users on [Reddit](https://www.reddit.com/user/pazza83/comments/) with Bisq related questions, or where Bisq could be a solution to their requirements (eg no KYC BTC)
- Regularly active on [Bisq community forum](https://bisq.community/u/pazza/activity)
- Attended all the weekly support calls this cycle.
- Documented 5 GitHub support issues that have all been resolved to be included in 1.8.3:
