- Burning man doesn't have a clear guide on how to contact users. and improve communication. pazza will make a proposal.

 some users should be able to trade directly with BM depending on situation. (reimbursements)
- Tool Account signing transfer to new payment accounts using Salt, only available for some payment methods (SEPA)
