This looks reasonable; what would be in your opinion the reason to choose to have the agent leave, rather then stay by default until trade completion? Just curiosity on my part.

Regarding the agent availability timeframe, I find, after a while being an agent, that even if I added my expected times in the team calendar, I might be available at totally different times and not during those I added to the calendar.

It would probably be a reasonable feature, if this "availability notification" needs to stay there, to have Bisq2 detect when an agent's instance is online (PC registered user activity up to N minutes ago AND screensaver is not on) and the show that agent as available.
