[bisq-network/bisq] Bisq 2 social trading concept (Discussion #6011)

All looks good to me in so far as how mediation would work for social trades.

I think their should be clear roles for both Support Agent and Mediator in Bisq 2.

Maybe the Support Agent would support off app (eg answering question in Matrix, Bisq forum etc) and the Mediator would support in app.

Currently in Bisq a Mediator is randomly assigned at the point at which a trade is taken. In Bisq 2 maybe a Mediator could be randomly assigned at the point of which mediation is opened.
