[bisq-network/bisq] Bisq 2 social trading concept (Discussion #6011)

Support Agents are essentially technicians which are not currently bonded.  Mediators are vetted, trusted, and backed by a significant BSQ bond.  Only Mediators are certified to interact with user's private banking details.  I second pazza's comment above.  This Support Agent Summary would be better titled Mediator Summary to avoid confusion **- or -** contents adjusted to clarify the separation of roles.
