@w0000000t Good question. As it is an advisory role, the trader may require a simple answer to a private question or a quick fix that doesn’t necessarily require a level of surveillance once support is received and therefore he may want to continue the trade without monitoring.
Maybe a flagging system in the ‘describe the issue’ window? Making this clear to the mediator. The trader can rate 1 being an enquiry and 3 being a more intricate issue. For example, if the trader has rated the issue as 1, the meditator leaves and 2 or 3, the mediator can stay.
