## Cycle 34 Support

Support is going well. 

Very few activity in the Keybase rooms now. Still the odd DM from previous users I have supported though asking questions or requiring assistance. 

- Supported 10 users on Keybase since my last update
- Supported 13 users on Matrix since my last update
- Was available for my usual hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays in the support chat Matrix room
- Replied to users with questions about Bisq on [Reddit](https://www.reddit.com/user/pazza83/comments/) and made sure that any incorrect information was pointed out.
- Active on [Bisq community forum](https://bisq.community/u/pazza/activity)
- Attended all the weekly support calls this cycle.
- Documented 3 GitHub support issues:
   - [Reimbursement requests to only be valid if submitted within 3 months](https://github.com/bisq-network/proposals/issues/369)
   - [Have a clearly defined process for how Burning man trades BTC from donation and trade fee addresses for BSQ](https://github.com/bisq-network/proposals/issues/367)
   - [Have a clearly defined process for how users with accepted DAO reimbursement requests can trade with Burning Man](https://github.com/bisq-network/proposals/issues/366)
- Tested the changes made in 1.8.4 for the issues I had created.
