[bisq-network/bisq] Bisq 2 social trading concept (Discussion #6011)

Here is an update of current state of the chat system for the social trading part.

Still missing some UI features like:
- Highlighting tags in the chat messages. Predefined tags are trade related keywords like BUY/SELL/EUR/USD/SEPA,... but user can edit them. Search filter can use those as well to have more fine grained search options.
- Emoticons support in text as well as reactions
- More options in message rollover submenu
- @ based mention popup in input field
- User profile should contain a user defined (local) tag (e.g. EUR to tag a user profile to some use case/context) and a badge for trusted sellers, channel admins, moderators, mediators
