[bisq-network/projects] Add Monero to fiat trading pairs using BTC as the security deposit (multi-sig) (#50)

I think that would be a potential protocol candidate for Bisq 2. Once we have the Bisq Multisig implemented we could make a variation our of it without the sellers BTC amount and have the XMR-Fiat protocol. That should not be too much effort.
For Bisq 1 I think the effort is too high.
