Within the SEPA-region it is illegal to reverse a SEPA bank-transfer without the recipients consent. See https://bisq.community/t/clarify-sepa-credit-transfer/7753/2 and the link given there. Tax authorities in certain countries can deduct funds from an account without the owners consent.
