### Cycle 23 Report

This was my internship cycle. 
I worked from the hours of 1pm to 10pm PST.
Cases were fewer than 10.
4 other agents came through for shorter shifts.
There is more agents than cases. I understand better why there is a limit on agent hours.
Looking forward to my next month as a full time Level 1 Agent.
