[bisq-network/proposals] Allow 1sat/vByte fee for withdrawals (#343)

Are any of the @bisq-network/dev able to comment as to the benefits / negatives of reducing withdrawal fees to 1 sat/vB?

Is the 2 sat/vB min limit is to reduce potential support requests for users that fail to make a withdrawal with the appropriate fee? Or is their another reason/s?
