[bisq-network/bisq] Bisq-2 UX challenges (Discussion #5959)

I have not thought too much about the mobile app. But basically the light client might have only minimal use cases as a full node is anyway needed. Similar like currently the API does not support all Bisq use cases.

Bisq-2 has lot of challenges and comes with a lot of work. My focus is on the desktop app, but I would love if we can develop in parallel the mobile app as well, but it depends on dev resources. Atm there is no mobile dev and it would be a bit too early anyway as too many things are still very open and not worked out in details.
